Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 August 2026

BeeHyv Software Solutions Private Limited, together with its subsidiaries, affiliates and branch operations (referred to as "BeeHyv", "we", "us" or "our"), is committed to respecting your privacy and choices. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the personal information we collect and process when you visit www.beehyv.com and its sub-domains (the "Website") or otherwise interact with us through it, in line with applicable data protection laws.

This Policy covers the personal information we collect through the Website. It does not apply to information we process on behalf of our clients under their own engagements, which is governed by those agreements. The Policy applies globally; certain additional rights may be available to you depending on the country in which you reside.

1. Personal information we collect and use

1.1 Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Website usage information — such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar technologies where you have consented.
  • Contact and professional details — such as your name, work email, phone number, company, designation, and any details you include when you contact us or complete an enquiry form.
  • Communications — the queries, comments, feedback, and correspondence you share with us.
  • Marketing preferences — your subscription and communication preferences, where applicable.

1.2 Sources of personal information

We may collect personal information:

  • directly from you, through Website forms or when you email or call us;
  • automatically, through cookies and similar technologies where you accept them;
  • from publicly available sources, such as your public professional profiles; and
  • from our affiliates, suppliers, and service providers, where applicable.

1.3 How we use your personal information

We may use your personal information to:

  • respond to your enquiries and provide the information or services you request;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website;
  • understand how the Website is used and improve the user experience, where you have consented;
  • send you marketing or event communications where you have opted in;
  • protect our systems and data against security threats; and
  • comply with applicable laws and regulatory obligations.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the Website is used. On the connectors landing page we also use a dedicated Google Analytics property and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure campaign performance. These cookies are set only if you accept them through our cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Manage Cookies" in the footer.

1.4 Legal bases for processing

Where applicable data protection law (such as the GDPR) requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the following:

  • Consent — for analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Insight on the connectors landing page) and for marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand.
  • Legitimate interests — to operate and secure the Website, respond to business enquiries, and improve our services.
  • Performance of a contract — where we take steps at your request prior to, or in connection with, providing services.
  • Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws and to protect our legal rights.

2. Consequences of not providing personal information

Some information is necessary for us to act on your request — for example, the contact details you provide on an enquiry form. If you choose not to provide it, we may be unable to fulfil the relevant purpose, including responding to you.

3. Sharing, transfer, and disclosure

3.1 Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with:

  • our subsidiaries and affiliates;
  • service providers who support the Website and our operations, including Google (for analytics) and LinkedIn (for campaign measurement on the connectors landing page);
  • professional advisers; and
  • authorities or regulators, where required by law.

3.2 International transfers

BeeHyv operates internationally, and some of our service providers are located outside your country of residence. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we apply appropriate safeguards — such as Standard Contractual Clauses — in accordance with applicable law.

4. Your rights

Subject to the laws of your country — including the GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — you may have rights to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@beehyv.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on your request, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

5. Data security

We maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law or for directly related legitimate business purposes. Information that is no longer required is disposed of securely.

7. Contacting your data protection authority

Depending on the laws of your country, if you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal information, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Linked websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

9. Children's privacy

The Website is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
